$6.95 PLUS $1.00 PER POUND (48 states only, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada)

EXPRESS:

$25.00 per item + $4.00 per lb. (Only available for in-stock items)

OVERNIGHT:

Available only when item is in-stock.  Please call 877-884-2402 to inquire.


SHIPPING:

We know that the hardest part of shopping online is waiting for your order.  We make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible.  Items will be shipped via FedEx, UPS or by freight truck.  Due to the fact that each item must be quality inspected and prepared for shipment, we do not offer express delivery service.  Most items ship within 3 - 5 business days and are delivered within 2 weeks.  No shipping outside of USA. (48 contiguous states only, no shipping to Alaska or Hawaii).

Furniture is packaged in industry designed packaging.  To consolidate space, some items will require minor assembly.  Assembly instructions are provided.  Please inspect all contents of package when it arrives and do not assemble if there appears to be any damage or defect.

RETURNS: 

We understand that we don't live in a perfect world.  Should you wish to return an item, please review the steps below. 

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 30 days of ship-date to notify us that you wish to return the item.  Items that arrive with a defect or factory damage (shipping damage, please see below) will be replaced as promptly as possible and the defective item will be picked up as soon as arrangements can be made.  There is no additional charge for replacing a defective item.
  2. Items that are being returned for refund must have an assigned RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of ship-datePlease call our office toll-free 877-884-2402 to request an RMA.  We will provide instructions and shipping information that you will need when the RMA is issued.
  3. Package the item carefully in its original packaging.  Items are not accepted as returns without the original packaging.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided.  We strongly urge all shipments to be insured for full value, as 1-World Decor cannot be held responsible for shipping damage.
  5. Please allow up to 14 days for the returned item to be inspected and for credit to be applied to your account.  Original shipping charges will be applied before credit is given.
  6. No returns will be authorized after 30 days from ship-date.
  • SHIPPING DAMAGE - Damage that has occurred during shipping will be the responsibility of the shipping company.  Damage claims must be reported to the shipping company as soon as possible after receiving your item.  1-World Decor is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We understand that people can change their minds.  After an order is placed, it is possible to cancel the order as long as it has not yet been shipped.  If the order has shipped and you still wish to cancel, then round trip shipping charges will apply.
