by the recently discovered and restored architectural models currently on
display in the Vatican which includes several models, long forgotten in an
attic, that were once commissioned by Michelangelo while he was working on
the dome of St. Peters. This example brings the architecture of the Renaissance within reach.
The pure white, slightly rough texture of unglazed bisque porcelain gives
